Order Management Coordinator

About the role
The Order Management Coordinator processes and reconciles purchase orders to ensure timely customer service and accurate data entry. They communicate order information across departments and respond quickly to customer needs.
What you’ll do
• Validate and process new and renewal customer orders. • Maintain accurate order data in Salesforce and Finance database. • Reconcile orders against quotes, credits, contracts, and payments. • Resolve order issues and discrepancies. • Communicate daily sales revenue summaries and escalate issues.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. • Data entry and customer service experience. • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite. • Work authorization for United States. • Preferred Salesforce experience and finance background.
