What you’ll do
• Run diagnostics on team health and management effectiveness. • Design and implement team improvement initiatives. • Support managers delivering effective 360 feedback. • Help build standards, tools, and shared language for the function. • Learn coaching and organisational development from senior practitioners.
What you’ll bring
• Track record of leading and organising early. • Grounding in organisational psychology or behavioural science. • Drive and eagerness to learn and be coached. • Business level written and spoken English. • Willingness to travel up to 4 times a year. • Up to 2 years experience since graduating.
