About the role
Provide OCM services to Medicaid agencies focusing on organizational transformation and MES strategy alignment. Support and lead OCM activities for state Medicaid clients, primarily in Puerto Rico.
What you’ll do
• Support project lead in OCM activities. • Develop project deliverables and assessments. • Build relationships with stakeholders. • Manage and report project status and progress. • Facilitate meetings and mentor team members.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 5+ years OCM experience in system implementation. • 3+ years OCM lead role in SMA or large healthcare. • Strong facilitation and communication skills. • Work authorization for United States.
