About the role
Manage outcomes-based care initiatives by advising providers on measuring care by outcomes achieved. Use AI-enabled tools to support value-based payer relationships and improve clinical outcomes.
What you’ll do
• Advise clinical leaders on outcomes-based care models. • Lead onboarding and optimization engagements. • Assess data practices and build improvement roadmaps. • Deliver training on outcomes measurement. • Support payer readiness and reporting.
What you’ll bring
• Active BCBA or equivalent clinical credential. • 4+ years clinical experience in ABA or IDD. • Experience advising or consulting clients. • Strong clinical data and progress monitoring skills. • Work authorization for USA.
