About the role
Manage daily outlet activities, attend to customers, process orders, prepare drinks, and ensure smooth pickup experience at a premium bakery.
What you’ll do
• Handle customer questions and complaints professionally. • Process orders accurately and ensure timely preparation. • Monitor stock levels and report shortages. • Manage pickup orders from confirmation to handover. • Prepare and package baked goods and drinks.
What you’ll bring
• Basic numeracy and transaction handling skills. • Ability to work independently and multitask. • Reliable commute to Asokoro, Abuja. • Strong attention to detail and organisation. • Minimum SSCE; OND or higher preferred.
