Partner Programs Manager, EDU

About the role
Manage business relationships and contractual performance of CrossFit Education partners. Lead partner negotiations, onboarding, relationship management, renewals, and exits.
What you’ll do
• Develop and complete partner agreements with EDU leadership and Legal. • Serve as primary EDU contact for partner engagement and operations. • Coordinate obligations with EDU Operations, Analytics, Product, and Legal. • Implement participant surveys and monitor feedback trends. • Track registrations, revenue, renewals, and partnership performance.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in partnerships, business development, or contract administration. • Strong contract negotiation and partner relationship skills. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or related field. • Experience managing partner relationships from onboarding to renewal. • Familiarity with CrossFit ecosystem and educational programs preferred.
