What you’ll do
• Guide partners on long-term collaborative relationships. • Serve as primary contact and platform expert. • Develop partner success plans and enablement programs. • Align partner objectives with Cresta capabilities. • Collaborate on go-to-market strategies and revenue acceleration.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years in partner or customer success roles. • 5+ years in Contact Center space. • Experience with ISV, SI, BPO partners in SaaS. • Ability to engage technical and executive audiences. • Work authorization for USA.
