About the role
The Partner Success Manager supports and strengthens relationships with Litmus partners to ensure successful deployment and promotion of Litmus software. This role involves technical guidance, partner training, and collaboration across teams to drive partner success.
What you’ll do
• Serve as primary contact for assigned partners. • Lead partner onboarding and training. • Provide technical guidance during implementations. • Showcase new product features to partners. • Travel to partner sites for training and meetings.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in partner management or similar role. • Experience in manufacturing or industrial technology. • Strong technical aptitude for software deployment. • Experience with enterprise or industrial software. • Excellent communication skills. • Work authorization for Germany or remote work.
