About the role
Prepare a wide range of pastries, shawarma, and pizza with creativity and consistency. Maintain quality and hygiene in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
What you’ll do
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in pastry areas. • Ensure products meet quality and presentation standards. • Develop new recipes and seasonal menus. • Follow food safety and hygiene regulations. • Prepare pastries, cakes, breads, desserts, shawarma, and pizza.
What you’ll bring
• HND with 2 years experience. • Proven experience as Pastry Chef or similar role. • Strong knowledge of pastries, shawarma, and pizza. • Ability to work early mornings and under pressure. • Culinary certification is an advantage.
