About the role
The Patient Care Coordinator leads coordination of patient fitting activities supporting sales. Acts as local contact and technical resource for patient fittings and dispatching.
What you’ll do
• Liaison between dispatch and local fitter assignments. • Review and submit Assure Patient Specialists invoices. • Ensure timely Service Level Agreements for work orders. • Assist oversight of fitter certification process. • Track and report fitter certification and dispatch activities.
What you’ll bring
• Weekend availability. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • Knowledge of MS Office and Teams. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Eligible to work in the U.S.
