About the role
The Patient Coordinator manages patient relationships and drives revenue through proactive outreach and pipeline development for Natera’s Oncology products. This role supports sales strategies and ensures timely testing and repeat utilization.
What you’ll do
• Support territory strategies and advance sales pipeline opportunities. • Manage inbound and outbound patient outreach. • Build long-term consultative patient relationships. • Collaborate cross-functionally to remove barriers. • Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline documentation.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum 2 years inside sales experience. • Experience in outbound and inbound sales or call center roles. • Ability to manage territory and connect activities to pipeline. • Experience with CRM systems, Salesforce preferred. • Work authorization for US required.
