About the role
Act as the main bridge between patients, families, and clinical teams ensuring a smooth patient journey from arrival to post-treatment follow-ups.
What you’ll do
• Maintain Electronic Medical Records and patient feedback forms. • Coordinate patient flow between check-ups, scans, and optical shops. • Handle first-level patient complaints and escalate serious issues. • Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling. • Welcome patients and update personal details in the system.
What you’ll bring
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and healthcare terminology. • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communication, Healthcare or Hospitality. • 2 to 4 years customer service or healthcare experience. • High emotional intelligence and communication skills. • Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
