About the role
Manage payroll operations and oversee human resource functions to ensure workforce management, compliance, and employee satisfaction. Handle payroll administration, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
What you’ll do
• Manage monthly payroll process and salary payments. • Prepare payroll including bonuses and deductions. • Ensure compliance with tax and pension regulations. • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and HR Management. • Minimum 5 years HR and payroll experience. • Knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and payroll systems. • Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Excel. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
