About the role
The Payroll Associate supports payroll administration ensuring accuracy, compliance, and coordination with stakeholders. They assist with payroll processing, statutory deductions, and employee payroll queries.
What you’ll do
• Assist with monthly payroll preparation and processing. • Update payroll inputs for hires, exits, promotions. • Compute statutory deductions like PAYE, pension. • Maintain confidential payroll records. • Support statutory filings and payroll audits.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. • 3+ years payroll experience in financial services. • Knowledge of Nigerian payroll and statutory deductions. • Strong Excel and data analytics skills. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
