About the role
Support operational teams to meet client deadlines and deliver payroll services. Provide functional and technical expertise to clients and internal teams.
What you’ll do
• Support managers ensuring accurate and timely client information. • Provide support for implementations and go lives. • Maintain Client Solution workbook and process documentation. • Resolve technical and functional issues escalated from teams. • Manage legislation roadmap and support year end processes.
What you’ll bring
• 3-4 years payroll experience in HR consulting or corporate environment. • Experience with French payroll processes and legislation. • Good level of French (min. B2) and English. • Strong knowledge of payroll inputs, outputs, and compliance. • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
