About the role
Manage and grow the public-sector payroll lending portfolio with strong stakeholder engagement. Drive loan origination, portfolio performance, and regulatory compliance across Nigeria.
What you’ll do
• Develop government/MDA partnerships and business opportunities. • Drive loan origination and portfolio growth. • Manage payroll deduction and remittance processes. • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements. • Prepare management reports on portfolio performance.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. • 6–10 years in consumer or retail lending. • Strong stakeholder management in public sector. • Willingness to travel extensively across Nigeria. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
