What you’ll do
• Partner with leaders to create actionable people plans. • Lead workforce planning and organizational design. • Coach leaders on talent strategy and engagement. • Advise on employee relations and ensure fair resolutions. • Analyze people data to inform business decisions.
What you’ll bring
• 2-4 years progressive HR experience. • At least 2 years in business partnership role. • Experience in fast-paced or multinational environments. • Strong HR functions knowledge. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
