About the role
Manage day-to-day HR operations for employees across multiple countries. Support payroll, onboarding, employee records, and local employment compliance.
What you’ll do
• Manage monthly payroll operations across multiple countries. • Coordinate with EOR, payroll and HR service providers. • Manage employee onboarding, contract changes and offboarding. • Maintain accurate employee records and HR system data. • Research employment requirements and maintain HR documentation.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years experience in HR operations or related role. • Experience supporting employees across multiple countries preferred. • Hands-on experience with payroll or EOR providers is an advantage. • Strong attention to detail with payroll and employee data. • Good written and spoken English and strong Excel skills.
