About the role
Provide full employee lifecycle support for assigned business functions. Serve as first point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring excellent employee experience.
What you’ll do
• Manage employee lifecycle from offer through exit. • Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems. • Serve as first contact for employee and manager questions. • Support benefits, mobility, and employee relations cases. • Partner with People Business Partners and support HR programs.
What you’ll bring
• 2-4 years HR operations or administration experience. • Hands-on HRIS and case management tool experience. • Strong attention to detail and discretion. • Comfortable supporting leaders across time zones. • Preferred exposure to global employment practices.
