About the role
Manage people operations including payroll, leaves, benefits, and employee lifecycle. Support managers and employees on policy, performance, and growth in a fast-scaling company.
What you’ll do
• Coach managers on feedback and performance documentation. • Administer leaves and workers' comp claims. • Own payroll accuracy and resolve issues. • Manage benefits enrollment and renewals. • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years HR support experience in fast-growing company. • Hands-on payroll administration experience. • Experience with leaves and workers' comp end to end. • Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, COBRA, multi-state leave laws. • Work authorization for remote role.
