About the role
Support Engineering and Product leaders with coaching, performance, and people guidance. Enable team health and talent density across international teams.
What you’ll do
• Partner with Engineering and Product leaders to support team health. • Coach leads through feedback, performance, and growth conversations. • Run proactive 1:1 sessions to surface issues early. • Contribute to organisational design and capability gap advice. • Support People programs and work with Employee Relations on issues.
What you’ll bring
• Experience supporting leaders through performance and team change. • Strong coaching skills for difficult conversations. • Good judgment handling sensitive issues with discretion. • Ability to work in high-velocity, ambiguous environments. • Experience supporting globally distributed Engineering or Product teams.
