About the role
Build custom tools, integrations, and AI agents for People platforms to support a global workforce. Shape technical design and delivery with frontier AI capabilities.
What you’ll do
• Design and support custom People tools and applications. • Develop agentic workflows and AI capabilities. • Build integrations across Workday, Greenhouse, and systems. • Partner on access services enforcing permissions and approvals. • Own delivery from design to support and retire redundant tools.
What you’ll bring
• Experience shipping custom applications and integrations. • Strong skills in app development, APIs, and automation. • Build production-grade LLM applications and AI agents. • Practical Workday expertise with integrations and security. • Work authorization for AMER region.
