About the role
Support development and implementation of performance management and learning systems to optimize staff performance and foster employee development. Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to achieve organizational talent goals.
What you’ll do
• Develop and maintain competency catalogues for job roles. • Assist in performance management policy and framework development. • Drive goal setting and performance discussions documentation. • Initiate and conclude employee confirmation processes. • Plan and execute learning programs and training evaluations.
What you’ll bring
• HND or Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. • Minimum 5 years relevant experience. • Recognised HR certifications (SHRM, HRCI, CIPM). • Understanding of Nigerian Labour Law. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
