About the role
Provide high-level pharmacy program expertise for the National Employee Benefits group. Support new business initiatives and develop pharmacy program solutions for clients.
What you’ll do
• Drive new business supporting Rx Practice Leader and National Employee Benefits team. • Develop client strategies and prepare client deliverables. • Educate consulting staff on pharmacy topics and identify sales opportunities. • Perform clinical review of formulary changes and new drugs. • Develop training strategies for cost-effective drug use including specialty drugs.
What you’ll bring
• Pharmacy degree (R.Ph or Pharm.D.). • 10+ years relevant pharmacy benefit consulting or PBM experience. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Strong clinical and analytical skills with attention to detail. • Willingness to travel up to 15%.
