About the role
Support product quality, food safety compliance, and laboratory excellence in manufacturing. Monitor quality parameters and ensure compliance with standards.
What you’ll do
• Monitor Critical Control Points and escalate deviations. • Support raw material and packaging quality management. • Maintain laboratory reagents and equipment. • Perform beverage quality tests per company standards. • Investigate out-of-specification results and implement corrective actions.
What you’ll bring
• 6 months experience in food or beverage manufacturing. • HND or B.Sc. in Applied Sciences or related discipline. • Ability to work 3-shift rotational pattern. • Strong understanding of quality assurance and food safety. • Computer literacy and laboratory operations experience.
