About the role
The Porter will assist guests by handling luggage and providing excellent customer service at Komaro Group's hospitality locations.
What you’ll do
• Handle guest luggage carefully. • Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas. • Assist guests with directions and information. • Ensure timely porterage services. • Communicate effectively with guests and staff.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum 1 year hotel porterage experience. • SSCE/WAEC required; OND, HND, BSc acceptable. • Good customer relations and communication skills. • Honesty, courtesy, and reliability. • Physically fit to handle luggage.
