About the role
Lead cybersecurity strategy and operations to protect enterprise platforms and enable secure business growth. Build and manage a world-class security organization ensuring resilience across digital platforms and infrastructure.
What you’ll do
• Define and execute group-wide cybersecurity strategy. • Lead and scale security teams including GRC, SOC, DevSecOps. • Ensure security of digital banking and enterprise platforms. • Build 24/7 SOC and lead incident response. • Ensure regulatory compliance and manage external engagements.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field. • Master’s degree (MBA or MSc Cybersecurity). • 12–15+ years cybersecurity experience. • 5+ years senior leadership experience. • CISSP and/or CISM certification required.
