About the role
Lead and build a world-class cybersecurity capability to protect enterprise platforms, customer data, and infrastructure. Ensure security enables business growth and resilience across all digital platforms and products.
What you’ll do
• Provide Board and EXCO cyber risk reporting. • Lead and scale security teams (GRC, SOC, DevSecOps). • Define and execute cybersecurity strategy. • Oversee data protection and risk management. • Build 24/7 SOC and lead incident response.
What you’ll bring
• Master’s degree (MBA/MSc Cybersecurity). • 12–15+ years cybersecurity experience. • 5+ years senior leadership roles. • CISSP and/or CISM certification required. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
