What you’ll do
• Own end-to-end architecture of agentic platform. • Lead design and build of flagship AI agents. • Define AI engineering standards and governance. • Make build, buy or partner decisions on AI models. • Mentor senior engineers and grow AI community.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years software engineering experience. • 3+ years leading production AI/ML systems. • Experience with LLM-based or agentic systems. • Strong coding skills in Python and/or C#/.NET. • Work authorization for Europe.
