• Define scale readiness with measurable targets. • Remove major bottlenecks using data and benchmarks. • Drive architectural changes for multi-region readiness. • Create repeatable scale engineering tools and patterns. • Lead scalability reviews and incident deep dives.
What you’ll bring
• 12+ years engineering experience in multi-tenant SaaS. • Expertise in performance and distributed systems. • Ability to diagnose and deliver production fixes. • Strong technical judgment and leadership. • Work authorization for USA required.
