About the role
Lead VP-level and senior leadership searches across corporate teams. Partner with executives to identify, assess, and hire leaders using market intelligence and research-driven approaches.
What you’ll do
• Lead VP-level and senior leadership searches end to end. • Advise C-suite executives on hiring decisions. • Develop talent strategies using market mapping and recruiting data. • Build relationships with passive executive talent. • Manage multiple confidential, business-critical searches.
What you’ll bring
• Experience leading VP-level and senior executive searches. • Executive recruiting across Sales, People, Legal, Finance. • Ability to build trusted relationships with C-suite executives. • Skills in talent research, market mapping, and leadership assessment. • Work authorization for Canada or United States.
