Lead growth portfolio management from first impression to revenue. Define growth thesis, run experiments, and optimize self-serve user journeys to drive revenue and expansion.
What you’ll do
• Own growth portfolio end-to-end from impression to revenue. • Set multi-quarter growth thesis and rebalance investments. • Run 8-10 experiments per sprint with clear hypotheses. • Design self-serve paths and monetize credit economics. • Collaborate across sales, marketing, and customer success.
What you’ll bring
• 8-12 years product management experience. • 4+ years in growth, PLG, or self-serve roles. • Direct P&L ownership at portfolio scope. • Strong analytics and SQL fluency. • Experience hiring and mentoring growth PMs.
