About the role
Lead and manage multiple customer projects to maximize learning investment impact. Deliver strategic learning solutions and ensure project quality and scope adherence.
What you’ll do
• Manage delivery of service engagements for clients. • Work with account teams on customer program needs. • Act as liaison for customer service engagements. • Conduct virtual customer meetings to understand needs. • Develop and maintain detailed project work plans.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years in learning facilitation or strategy. • Strong virtual and collaboration tool experience. • Advanced desktop application skills. • Familiarity with LMS or LCMS platforms. • Work authorization for India.
