About the role
Lead AI-powered customer experience solutions by partnering with sales and guiding customers through discovery and design. Architect intelligent solutions using advanced AI technologies to drive business outcomes.
What you’ll do
• Act as consultative partner uncovering business and technical needs. • Lead technical discovery of customer systems and workflows. • Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations. • Own technical design and delivery of proof-of-value engagements. • Run ROI workshops and build business case models.
What you’ll bring
• 7+ years customer-facing experience including pre-sales or consulting. • Deep knowledge of contact center solutions and telephony architecture. • Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies including LLMs and SLMs. • Experience with CRM tools and SaaS solution architecture. • Work authorization for USA.
