About the role
Join CHG Healthcare's Sales Operations team to manage sales technology and improve business processes. Support CRM administration, dashboards, automations, and AI tool adoption.
What you’ll do
• Own day-to-day CRM administration (Salesforce). • Build and maintain KPI dashboards and inspection tooling. • Identify and build process automations across sales tech stack. • Lead AI tool adoption and training sessions. • Serve as liaison for rollout coordination and UAT participation.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years in sales/business operations or CRM administration. • Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM. • Experience building dashboards and reports. • Strong interest or experience with AI tools like Claude. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • Work authorization for United States.
