About the role
Develop, optimize, qualify, and implement wafer-to-die preparation processes for Starlink/Akoustis. Work with equipment and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality die supporting yield and reliability.
What you’ll do
• Develop and qualify wafer back-grinding and thinning processes. • Optimize mechanical wafer dicing and select parameters. • Establish post-dice die cleaning and handling methods. • Develop and qualify laser marking processes. • Develop final package singulation and minimize defects.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's in engineering or materials science. • 2+ years semiconductor wafer processing experience. • U.S. citizenship or eligible for ITAR authorization. • Ability to work onsite in Bastrop, TX. • Willingness to travel up to 20% and work extended hours.
