About the role
Ensure stable process transfer from development to serial production for new projects. Support production and improve process reliability and quality.
What you’ll do
• Ensure process stability before serial production. • Control development to production process. • Prepare and support trial batches. • Identify weak points and improve process capability. • Train production supervisors and employees.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor degree in mechanical, process or chemical engineering. • At least three years chemical process experience. • Experience in automotive industry preferred. • Good project management skills. • Work authorization for China.
