About the role

What you’ll do
• Analyse molding processes for inefficiencies. • Optimize machine parameters for productivity. • Monitor and improve equipment effectiveness. • Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions. • Train operators on optimized processes.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field. • 3-5 years in molding or manufacturing optimization. • Knowledge of injection molding processes. • Experience with automated manufacturing equipment. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
