About the role
Support procurement operations by maintaining purchasing records and ensuring timely sourcing of goods and materials.
What you’ll do
• Assist with sourcing and purchasing of goods and supplies. • Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions. • Monitor orders and follow up with suppliers on deliveries. • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation. • Ensure compliance with procurement procedures.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum of SSCE; OND or equivalent is an advantage. • Previous procurement or inventory management experience preferred. • Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel. • Good numerical, organizational, and communication skills. • Ability to work permanent night shifts.
