About the role
Support procurement activities including tracking purchase orders and deliveries. Assist with administrative tasks and procurement meetings.
What you’ll do
• Maintain updated tracker of issued purchase orders. • Monitor outstanding orders and follow up on delivery dates. • Obtain delivery confirmation from suppliers and locations. • Support reconciliation of purchase orders against delivery documents. • Participate in procurement meetings and document action points.
What you’ll bring
• Degree in Procurement, Business, Economics or related field. • Knowledge of Inventory, Cost and Procurement Management is a plus. • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality. • Proficiency in Excel or ERP systems is an advantage.
