About the role
The Procurement Officer manages procurement of goods and services from sourcing to delivery, supporting cross-functional teams to meet cost, delivery, and quality goals. They ensure compliance with regulations and maintain vendor relationships.
What you’ll do
• Identify and negotiate with vendors. • Create purchase orders and verify invoices. • Coordinate international freight and import/export documentation. • Ensure compliance with procurement regulations. • Support training and rollout of procurement initiatives.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in related field. • Minimum 3 years procurement experience. • Knowledge of federal and donor procurement regulations. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
