About the role
Manage and optimize acquisition funnels for a wellness app to drive subscription growth and revenue. Lead growth initiatives using experimentation, user insights, and cross-functional collaboration.
What you’ll do
• Own performance and experimentation roadmap for acquisition funnels. • Design and lead experiments on pricing, personalization, and monetization. • Analyze funnel metrics and business impact including LTV. • Develop innovative funnel concepts using user research and trends. • Lead cross-functional teams to implement growth initiatives.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in Growth, Product, or CRO roles. • Expertise in A/B testing and experiment design. • Strong analytical and commercial judgment. • Deep understanding of UX and conversion optimization. • English proficiency B2+. • Work authorization for remote role.
