About the role
Lead the product experience for Customer.io's agent, improving customer activation, retention, and monetization. Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the self-serve journey for AI-first marketers.
What you’ll do
• Own product experience of Customer.io agent. • Work with PMs and squads for platform integration. • Resolve friction using data and experimentation. • Define and track activation, retention, monetization metrics. • Partner with Marketing, CX, Design, and Engineering.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years product management in SaaS. • Experience with AI-powered tooling. • Proven track record improving activation or retention. • Strong analytical and experimentation skills. • Work authorization for LATAM, Canada, or USA.
