About the role
Lead product and systems work behind Konnect's billing, entitlements, metering, checkout, invoicing, and provisioning. Drive transformation of Kong's commercial operating layer to improve sales, finance, and customer billing experience.
What you’ll do
• Set multi-year vision for pricing, metering, invoicing. • Build unified entitlements model. • Translate pricing decisions into production. • Manage metering and usage visibility. • Own checkout and subscription lifecycle.
What you’ll bring
• 6+ years product management in SaaS. • 2+ years in billing or monetization domain. • Experience with pricing or packaging changes. • Skilled in consumption-based monetization. • Proficient with billing platforms like Stripe. • Data-driven decision making.
