About the role
Manage prioritization and delivery of business systems capabilities to improve operational efficiency and member experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale and serve members effectively.
What you’ll do
• Drive development of new capabilities and process improvements. • Set strategy, roadmap, and measurable goals. • Use AI tools to create prototypes and proofs of concept. • Own key company metrics on process and service reliability. • Collaborate with engineers and analysts to prioritize needs.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years product management experience with engineering teams. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience with analytics tools preferred. • Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or subscription businesses. • Work authorization for US required.
