About the role
Lead the product roadmap and strategy for lending products to establish Sycamore as a leader in digital credit. Drive credit as an acquisition and retention tool within the super app ecosystem.
What you’ll do
• Achieve full loan automation with advanced features. • Design proprietary credit scoring and automated loan collection. • Build scalable platform for managing large collateral loans. • Collaborate with Payments for FX loan repayment capabilities. • Define and track KPIs to optimize product performance.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Engineering or related. • 3+ years product management experience, fintech preferred. • Knowledge of fintech industry dynamics and agile methodologies. • Experience with credit scoring, risk assessment, loan automation. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
