About the role
Lead the Self-Serve team to accelerate customer onboarding, activation, and expansion using AI-powered experiences. Build scalable systems to improve product adoption and reduce time-to-go-live.
What you’ll do
• Define AI-powered onboarding and activation strategies. • Build systems to reduce manual setup and compress go-live time. • Own sandbox environments and configuration versioning. • Develop AI-driven product adoption tools and guidance. • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve onboarding and rollout automation.
What you’ll bring
• 2-4+ years product management experience. • Experience with SaaS onboarding or platform tooling preferred. • Ability to solve ambiguous operational challenges. • Strong cross-functional leadership and communication. • Work authorization for Canada.
