Lead product operations to build AI productivity, adoption, and commercialization frameworks. Drive governance, measurement, and cross-functional alignment for AI initiatives.
What you’ll do
• Build and run AI benefit scorecard with Finance. • Measure AI productivity and link to business outcomes. • Standardize AI product adoption and commercialization metrics. • Govern data and AI accountability and vendor management. • Hire and lead product operations team with AI automation.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years in product or business operations in SaaS. • Experience building KPI frameworks linking data to outcomes. • Work authorization in advertised country required. • Strong cross-functional leadership and communication. • Hands-on with Agile methodologies and product tools.
