About the role

What you’ll do
• Evaluate product designs for failure mechanisms and reliability concerns. • Perform DFMEA, Fault Tree Analysis, and risk assessments. • Investigate failure causes and recommend engineering solutions. • Develop test methods simulating mechanical and electrical stresses. • Collaborate with teams and prepare technical reports.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field. • Experience in product design and reliability analysis. • Understanding of mechanical and electrical failure mechanisms. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Onsite work required in Indianapolis, IN.
