About the role
Support users and institutional clients of Velnode's industrial process simulation platform. Deliver demos, onboard clients, and help run the platform day to day.
What you’ll do
• Master the product and stay current with new modules. • Respond to user questions and troubleshoot issues. • Onboard and train institutional clients. • Deliver presentations and demos to prospective clients. • Test new features and create support resources.
What you’ll bring
• B.Eng/B.Sc or HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering. • 0–3 years experience, recent graduates welcome. • Solid understanding of electrical systems and control fundamentals. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Organised and able to manage multiple clients and tasks.
